Each School Office has been provided with a School-level report. There are also reports for each Department, Faculty and Institute. These reports are currently being discussed within Schools to help create School-level action plans.
What is happening now that the survey has closed?
During the summer, the Staff Survey Lead and Vivienne Lee Martinez have had individual meetings with Heads of Schools, non-School Institutions and UAS divisions, using the results of the survey to identify three or four key actions for each area. Some of these meetings are still to take place, with the aim that each area will have its own action plan to feed into a wider University-level action plan.
In the meantime, qualitative data from the two comments questions in the survey are being analysed by Dr Jana Bacevic, a researcher who works on social theory and the politics of knowledge production. Jana’s analysis will inform the action-planning process and give a valuable insight into staff responses.
A series of focused workshops facilitated by The Engagement Coach are being held to further understand the experience of specific groups of colleagues.
All of this work will help inform action planning across the University.
How can I make requests for further data cuts from the results?
Vivienne Lee Martinez is currently taking requests for further data cuts from the survey results. Requests are welcome from departments, committes and working groups, and School offices.

Please note that, in order to protect the confidentiality of individual answers, there may be limits on the detail of data available. Requests that return fewer than 10 answers cannot be provided.
