I would like to thank everyone who took part in the University staff survey. The University has received its results from ORC International (now called ENGINE Transformation), the market research firm we partnered with, and you can view these results here [Raven login required].

As you can see, we achieved an excellent response rate of 70%. We ran the survey because we wanted to know how we could better support all staff across the University. Having a good response rate lends credibility to the results, and gives us a sound evidence base that will help us prioritise next steps.
We are now taking a closer look at the results and starting to take action. This will be a genuinely collaborative endeavour between the central University – and in particular our HR Division – Schools, departments and other institutions.
