The University's HR Committee commissioned the survey in late-2018, setting up a steering committee to oversee its launch in March 2019.
Since then, a new operations team has been set up to lead and coordinate action planning across the University. This team also reports to the HR Committee, and works closely with the ourcambridge programme and various teams in the HR Division.
